Dubai Fare Ride is a private taxi service in Dubai. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or book a ride, what we do with it, and what control you have over it. We’ve kept it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
This website, dubaifareride.com, is operated by Dubai Fare Ride. When this policy says “we” or “us,” that’s who it means. You can reach us at 052 429 9779 or contact@dubaifareride.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to get you from A to B.
When you book a ride, usually on WhatsApp or by phone, you give us your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and the number of passengers.
For school runs, we may be given a child’s first name and school name so we pick up the right passenger from the right place. A parent or guardian should be the one to send this. We ask for nothing more than the pickup requires. See our school taxi service in Dubai page for how the service works.
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type.
When you use this website, our hosting and WordPress setup record basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open, and the time of your visit.
We don’t ask for card numbers, bank details, or ID documents through this website.
How we use it
- To confirm and carry out your booking
- To contact you about your ride, such as a change of time or a pickup update
- To reply when you message, call, or use our contact form
- To keep the website working and secure
- To understand which pages people use, so we can improve them
- To measure how our online ads perform
We don’t use your details for anything unrelated to your ride or your enquiry. We don’t send marketing messages unless you’ve asked for them.
WhatsApp and other third parties
Most bookings happen on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Messages you send there fall under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms, not ours. If you’d rather keep your details off WhatsApp, call us instead.
We use outside services to run this site and understand how it’s used: web hosting, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. These providers may process technical data such as your IP address, device, and the pages you visit on our behalf. The Meta Pixel lets us measure the results of ads on Facebook and Instagram, and it shares that visit data with Meta. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t rent it or trade it.
We’ll share your details only if the law requires it, for example if a UAE authority makes a lawful request.
Cookies
This site uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. Some keep the site working. Others, set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still load, but some features may not work as intended.
How long we keep your information
We keep booking details for up to 12 months, which covers the ride itself, any follow-up question, and our record-keeping needs. After that, we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. WhatsApp chats stay on the driver’s phone until deleted, so you can ask us to remove yours any time.
Keeping it safe
Your booking details are stored on the driver’s phone and, if you use the contact form, within the website’s hosting account. We limit who can see them and use passwords on the accounts that hold them. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute protection.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to stop.

Links to other sites
This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other websites. We don’t control what they collect or how they handle it. Check their policies before you share anything.
Children
This website isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 through it. School ride details come from a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
