Private School Pickup Dubai
Private School Pickup in Dubai With One Driver Who Knows Your Child’s Routine
Most school transport problems start at 6:40 a.m. The bus is full, the route adds 35 minutes, or the cab app sends a new driver who’s never seen your gate. Our private school pickup Dubai service replaces that with one driver, one pickup point, and one agreed time, every school day.
Agree the routine once
A school run only works if everyone knows the plan. When you book, we settle four things with you: the pickup address, the drop-off gate, the departure time, and the days of the week. After that, the ride is a repeat, not a new request each morning. We’ll agree how you want to hear from us on the day, whether that’s a message on arrival or only when something changes.
For the afternoon pickup: send us the school’s finishing time, including any early days. Friday timings often differ, so tell us if yours do. The driver waits at the gate, not down the road.
Who’s allowed to hand over your child
This is the part parents care about most, so decide it before the first ride. Tell us who may hand your child over and who may receive them: a parent, a nanny, a grandparent. We follow that list, and we message you if anyone else turns up. A parent or guardian should make the booking, as our terms and conditions explain.
Two kids, two schools, one car
A common Dubai situation: one child in a school near Al Barsha, another near Dubai Silicon Oasis, with a 7:30 start for both. With a bus, that’s two routes, or one parent in the car. With one driver, you can plan one morning in two stops, as long as the timing works. Tell us both schools and both start times, and we’ll say plainly whether it fits or if it needs an earlier departure.
Areas that fit
a school run
The families we hear from most live in JVC, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Dubai Marina, and their schools sit across the city. A school run taxi in JVC is a different job from one in Mirdif: the roads, the rush, and the school gate queues don’t match. Give us your area and your school’s name, and we’ll work out when to leave, based on how bad the morning traffic is on your route. The peak window is roughly 7 to 8 a.m., and a ten-minute difference in departure can change the whole drive.
One child or a whole group of siblings
You don’t need a big family to book. A private school taxi for one child works the same way as for three. For larger families and carpools, we run in a 7-seater SUV, so siblings or friends travelling together fit in one car with school bags. See the car on our fleet page. If a child needs a car seat, bring your own, because we don’t supply them.
What to send when you book
Message 052 429 9779 on WhatsApp with:
- Child’s first name and school
- Pickup address and drop-off gate
- Morning departure time and afternoon finish time
- Days of the week
- Who may hand over and receive the child
We reply to confirm the arrangement and agree the price before it starts. We use these details only to run the ride, as described in our privacy policy.
How a monthly arrangement works
Most school families don’t book day by day. They set up a monthly taxi service so the routine runs by itself. You send the school term dates, the days you need, and any days off, and we plan around them. If a day changes, message us as early as you can. Our cancellation rule is free until the driver tells you he’s on his way.
What Our Riders Say
Picked us up from DXB on time with four suitcases and two kids. The 7-seater SUV had plenty of space, and the ride was smooth and comfortable.
James Oliver
He has done our children’s school run every morning for months. Always punctual, polite, and careful. I feel completely at ease knowing the kids are with him.
Rosalee Melvin
Used him for my daily commute and a trip to Abu Dhabi. Fixed price, clean car, and never late. Booking on WhatsApp is quick and simple.

School run questions we get asked
Is there a private school taxi in Dubai for one child?
Yes. One child is a normal booking. You agree the pickup, the gate, and the times, and the same driver does the run each day.
How does a monthly school taxi in Mirdif work?
You send us the address, the school, the days, and the term dates. We confirm the plan and price, then the ride repeats on the schedule. Tell us about holidays and early finish days, and we’ll plan around them.
Can one driver pick up two kids from different schools in Dubai?
Often, yes. It depends on both start times and how far apart the schools are. Send us both and we’ll tell you honestly whether it works or what has to change.
